Why We Exist

We build things worth keeping.

Gremlin Labs is a small, founder-led workshop for tools that protect what usually gets lost: scattered knowledge, hard-won context, shared stories, daily details, and the quiet pieces that make a life or a business make sense.

Gremlin Labs

The thread

The products look different because the problems are different.

Gremlin started with a very practical frustration: valuable work lives everywhere. Documents, calls, transcripts, messy notes, client context, half-finished processes. The problem is not that people lack information. The problem is that the important pieces are scattered, untested, and hard to turn into something useful.

Kulohi comes from the same belief, but points it toward daily life. Stories, reminders, names, photos, traditions, routines, and relationships can become scattered too. The work is softer, but the responsibility is just as real.

Gremlin Labs exists where clarity and care meet.

How we build

Helpful technology should know what it is holding.

Find the missing piece

Gremlin exists because useful technology should not pretend every answer is obvious. It should help reveal gaps, assumptions, risks, and the next useful move.

Keep what should not fade

Kulohi exists because stories, details, relationships, and ordinary moments deserve somewhere sturdy to live.

Build with earned trust

A tool that handles knowledge or memory has to be careful. It should show its work, respect context, and avoid pretending certainty where none exists.

The goal is not more software.

The goal is fewer lost pieces. Better memory. Better context. Better tools for the people and work we care about.
